A graduate of Oral Roberts University, John Hill served as a youth pastor for over 7 years before transitioning to the classroom, working for nine years at an alternative school and the past two in a middle school. He has experience in both high school and middle school education, specializing in history and psychology. John enjoys spending time with his fiance, Haley Tharp, watching baseball, and listening to music.
It is his philosophy that true learning happens within a context of love and respect, that the skills of learning can be applied to all areas and moments of life, and the lens with which we learn and grow in Christ and in Him do we truly see the world.
