Prerequisites

Prerequisite is English I OR (1) the ability to recognize almost all parts of speech, (2) the ability to read at grade level, (3) the ability to write a series of related sentences to form a simple paragraph.

Materials

Visit www.royalfireworkspress.com to view Michael Clay Thompson’s Grammar Town, Caesar’s English I, Building Poems, Practice Town, and Paragraph Town (video about MCT’s books). Novels include Tuck Everlasting, The Giver, Number the Stars, The Swiss Family Robinson, Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry, and various short stories provided by the instructor. ISBN numbers for the novels don’t matter.
